A durational audio-visual performance exploring care. You are invited to experience the present moment in a safe space and let go.

This performance uses the holistic resonance, sound and movement of gongs to create a performance of deep compassion, trust and skilful listening. It explores the gong as an act of giving and being in the present moment.

Presented by Agata Kik and Tim Byford it creates a safe space of retreat, an invitation for self-care.

The performance is durational (non-stop) so audiences can come in and out throughout.  Stay as long as you feel comfortable.
