Do Your Own Thing is Heart n Soul’s creative arts programme for young people with learning disabilities and autistic people aged 10 – 25. It’s a place where they make friends and have a good time in a fun and friendly atmosphere. 

Heart n Soul is a creative arts organisation based in Deptford who believe in the power and talents of people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

Lewisham young people take the lead on creating Climate Home Festival of Action and Resistance, 6 weeks of creative workshops, performances, adventure play, get togethers, art, music, talks, rest and more, exploring creativity, climate justice and the things that matter now.
