Curated by Deptford resident, Mercury Prize nominee and award-winning songwriter, producer and musician, Dave Okumu, Love Is Attention will showcase Lewisham's vibrant contemporary music scene.
Emerging talent will play alongside high-profile artists in an explosion of musical activity in creative venues across Lewisham, including the Albany, Blackheath Halls and Matchstick Piehouse.
Featuring guest performances & presented work from artists including: Jessie Ware, Moses Boyd, Steam Down, Hak Baker, Fatima, Klein, Joe Armon-Jones, Rosie Lowe, Duval Timothy, Ruby Hughes and many more.
From the UK’s most influential sound systems to Rock Against Racism and the development of lover’s rock, dub, reggae and salsa, Revolution Through Music will celebrate the grassroots musical culture that has sprung from the borough, changing the cultural face of London.
