About

Two performances of a very special showcase - sharing true stories by refugees and asylum seekers who have made their home in south-east London.

This is the third in our series of theatre events giving a platform to previously unheard voices, after HOME FROM HOME in 2024 and NO PLACE LIKE HOME in 2025.

Working closely with those with stories to tell, a team of professional writers and performers will create a powerful evening of spoken word, theatre, music and storytelling.

Part of Refugee Week and Lewisham's Borough of Sanctuary activities.

Made us all think about what home really means. Inspiring evening, thank you

Congratulations on yet another polished great performance. Comments from the audience varied from so emotional, I’m happy I was part of the audience to enjoy this, some wanted some of the words from my pieces they said they were touched. Myself I enjoyed it so much . The music was magical. Jonathan, you are great at what you do.
