Following the success of our pilot classes in February and building on our unique position as a specialist across the creative arts, we are blending together art and music in a uniquely Conservatoire way! You will enjoy a specially devised complementary art and music class as we go on a journey to Central America to learn about Mayan culture.
We’ll look at jade masks and make our own in beautiful greeny blue tones. We will study the stunning geometric patterns in their art and clothing and make our own fringed poncho. We will wear our stunning creations as we join in ritualistic tunes and songs exploring typical melody patterns using wind and percussion instruments.
