Calling all secondary school artists! Registration for the autumn term of art classes with Sydenham Library's artist in residence, Anna Arianova, is now open.
From Post-Impressionism to Matisse - Colour and Expression
Students will explore the work of Henri Matisse and other artists who influenced the development of modern art. Through a variety of practical projects, students will investigate colour, shape, line, pattern, composition and expressive mark-making.
The autumn term will run from 4-5pm on weekly term-time Mondays from 14th September until 7th December at Sydenham Library. These sessions are open to KS2 and GCSE students. Classes are free but advance booking is required.
