Meet Me at the Albany and IRIE! dance theatre are proud to join forces for ‘A Time Remembered’, a series of sessions taking inspiration from IRIE!'s latest work Kehã Seebii - motivated by the 1981 New Cross Fire.
If you are over 65, we invite you to bring along your unique thoughts, histories, and memories, and we will explore them through: Dance & Movement; Song & Music; Spoken Word
Where were you at the start of 1981? What stories can you tell?
If you lived through this era, have a connection to the local history, or simply want to share your voice in a welcoming environment, your place is with us. No singing or dance experience is necessary.
