The Blackheath Music Appreciation Group organises two-hour weekly lectures on classical music given by the British composer Matthew Taylor. This summer term he will be lecturing on the music of Franz Schubert. He will discuss the life and work of the composer and illustrate his talk by playing extracts of the music on the piano and on CDs.
