A free film screening and a research study you can take part in for a different social outing!
Join us at the Goldsmiths on-campus cinema to watch a recent, award-winning film. You'll share your experience in two short surveys (about 15 minutes). The study explores how a film's story impacts to our sense of connection with others in our own lives.
Open to anyone aged 18+. The film is The Old Oak (2023), a British social-realist drama. One key requirement: you can only take part if you haven't already seen it, and we ask you don't look it up beforehand, so the research stays valid.
There's also thank-you prize draw, and you're welcome to bring others and make a fun activity of it (or come to meet new people) – each person books their own place.
To review the participant information sheet, give consent, and book a session, scan the QR code on the advert or visit the link with this posting.
