This 4- week course will either teach you how to knit from the basic first steps, and to work on your first project or it will allow you to develop your existing knitting skills. You will be encouraged to work with a range of materials and to have fun being creative in a supportive group.
Topics will include stitch patterns, experimenting with colour work (that may include fair isle knitting & intarsia), circular knitting and knitting lace, equipment use, pattern reading, individual project work and professional finishing.
Learners with greater experience will be encouraged to work on a more complex personal project- and this could include making a pair of socks or a shawl, as examples. Price of £61 now at a reduced price of £31
