Calico Projects presents the inaugural Indie Press Fair at Manor House Library this September. Eleven independent publishers, including Conduit Books, Hajar Press, époque press and MOIST BOOKS, will be exhibiting and selling their books on the day, spanning fiction, poetry, nonfiction and memoir.
Alongside the stalls, there are four free talks and panels running throughout the afternoon, including conversations with novelists Nell Osborne and Koushik Banerjea, and panels on translation and on small press publishing.
Entry costs £8 and includes a free drink on arrival, a food break, and access to book onto the talks (spaces are limited, so it's worth buying early). Manor House Library has level access throughout and disabled toilets.
