About

This is a free session as part of the Telegraph Hill Festival. However, please book using the link to ensure you have a place.

The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing and enjoyable way to create beautiful designs using structured patterns. You will make deliberate, repetitive strokes that gently guide attention to the present moment. This focused way of working often brings a sense of calm, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.

Two hours gives us time to relax into the method, which is suitable for everyone, even for people who think they can't draw. The method is an easy way to learn how to hyperfocus, or achieve 'flow'. a

You will be following the tutor’s lead, who will guide you every step of the way. With thousands of ways to create more designs, this introduction gives pointers to continue this at home with non-expensive equipment.

You are welcome if you have attended an intro session before, every time you do a tangle it will be different!
