This hands-on jewellery course introduces beginners to essential making techniques through the design and creation of moving earrings. You’ll explore how lightweight metal, simple forms, and inventive connections can create pieces that move - swinging, spinning, and swaying when worn.
Through a series of guided projects, you’ll learn core skills including cutting, shaping, soldering, and finishing, while experimenting with different approaches to movement such as dangling elements, rivets, and wirework.
By the end of the course, you’ll have produced a collection of unique, expressive earrings and gained the confidence to continue developing your jewellery-making practice.
