We have a unit available to let at Enclave Projects from the 25th May 2026. It is a glass fronted, well kept gallery/workspace in the heart of Deptford, approx 350 sq ft, with high ceilings, storage space, shared kitchen/toilets and access to shared exhibition equipment. We support young curators, artist-run spaces, galleries, collectives and creative organisations through a subsidised below market rent of £650 per month, with 2 months deposit. There is a minimum rental period of 6 months, with 2 months deposit. Electricity bills are covered by Enclave Projects, however internet is not included - you will need to organise your own wifi service.
