Come make a self-portrait in a gentle, playful, community-centred workshop focused on reflection, connection and creativity
This workshop is for the girls, the gays and the theys—and anyone who feels intimidated by art or the pressure to make something "good". At Two Cats Studios, we believe creativity is for everyone.
You'll begin with a short guided meditation before choosing a few words to inspire your portrait. Then you'll take part in a collaborative image-gathering activity before creating your own collage from magazines, printed materials and decorative supplies.
This isn't about making a perfect artwork. It's about exploring who you are, how you want to be seen, and what can emerge through shared creativity.
No experience is needed and all materials are provided. You'll leave with a self-portrait collage, a reflective creative experience and, hopefully, a few new local connections.
These workshops are priced at the cost of materials in exchange for your feedback.
