Join us on Saturday 25th July at Sydenham Library as we celebrate the Summer Reading Challenge with an interactive, extremely noisy reading of children’s classic The Town Musicians of Bremen!
We’ll begin at 1:30pm with colouring and animal mask-making before our story gets underway in Sydenham Library’s secret garden, then march around the building making as much noise as we can, before ending the story in the library proper.
Bring portable musical instruments (shakers, tambourines, etc.) or borrow some of ours! You’re also welcome to bring your own animal mask if you already have one.
Free and open to all ages. Young children must be supervised by an adult. No need to book – just drop by!
All materials will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring along your own animal mask and small instrument if you have them.
