Our Health Equities programme is designed to address why Black people are being diagnosed with cardiovascular disease and chronic kidney disease at younger ages, 10- 15 years earlier than other ethnicities.
You can have your blood pressure and kidney health screened during our drop-in sessions at our ITAL COMMUNITY CLINIC, Wednesdays & Sundays 12- 2pm.
Those who need more long term support can join THE PLANTAIN PROGRAMME for regular participation, using the land to heal via physical activity, mental wellbeing and inspired improvements in consumption habits. Various workshops to do with movement, medicinal herbs and faith will be dotted throughout the year.
