Montage Theatre Arts is a Lewisham-based charity that opens doors to the performing arts in Lewisham and supports young people to build their confidence, creativity, and thrive. MTA works directly with families, schools, and local services to get young people involved in a screen-free, supportive, creative activity. We offer fun-filled performing arts classes covering singing, acting, dancing, plus examination-based classes such as RAD ballet and LAMDA acting preparation. We offer thousands of pounds' worth of bursary places a term for those who meet our means testing, as well as SEND-inclusive environments, youth mental health support, and safeguarding. For Primary students, we focus on building their confidence and social skills. As they enter secondary school, young people continue working on these skills but also take on larger performing projects at professional venues. We also host holiday courses, providing essential childcare in a creative, social setting.
