Nzinga Dance is an African Caribbean dance performance and education, with a strong focus on Caribbean cultural dance. Additionally offers arts consultancy and cultural programming services.
Nzinga Dance provide classes, performances and residencies for schools, colleges and universities; libraries and museums; arts organisations and events; festivals; corporate and launches. They also offer African and Caribbean crafts workshops.
Another branch of Nzinga Dance is DJ Melvina Moves, a multi-genre DJ providing tailored DJ sets for a range of events, indoor and outdoor. DJ sets are rooted in retro grooves with global flavours including all African and Caribbean music genres, Reggae Rocksteady and Ska, and 1960s-present Soul Funk and Jazz Funk.
